About this Event
Everyone wants to work with people they like, trust, and respect. As a leader, how you “show up” for others both emotionally and physically matters. Understanding this concept is critical to your long-term success.
Your Style is More Than Just Appearance
In this, the third of our new 3-part webinar series, we’ll take a deep dive into the Style Dimension of Executive Presence and examine relationship management through these crucial facets:
- Demeanor
- Intentionality
- Inclusiveness
- Interactivity
- Assertiveness
Too Much of a Good Thing
When leaders exhibit an abundance of a particular facet, it can become an overstrength and lead to unintended negative perceptions. We’ll examine this concept and offer insights for tapping the brakes when necessary.
When we’re done, you’ll leave with new insights and tools to enhance your Executive Presence.
This webinar is based on the definition of Executive Presence by Suzanne Bates in her book, All the Leader You Can Be: The Science of Achieving Extraordinary Executive Presence, as “the qualities of a leader that engage, inspire, align, and move people to act.”
Who Should Attend
This webinar is designed for leaders (and aspiring or emerging leaders) who want to be more intentional with how they show up for the people they lead.
