Can I cancel anytime?
Annual memberships are non-refundable, but you can cancel your membership any time before your next billing cycle.
How do the coaching sessions work?
If your plan includes coaching, you’ll be able to schedule 30-minute sessions directly from eCoach. You’ll complete a short intake form, so we know your goals, and then meet one-on-one with a Turpin coach via Zoom.
What kind of content will I find inside?
You’ll get access to videos, webinars, podcasts, downloadable resources, articles, e-learning modules, personalized recommendations, and TurpinBot (our real-time AI communication coach) — all created by Turpin’s expert facilitators.
