Presentation Training for Sales Professionals
Practical skills for facilitating your sales conversations
This comprehensive presentation skills workshop is
designed to be the final step in your sales training
process. During this interactive, realistic workshop,
participants practice using your organization’s sales model
and peripheral materials in a safe, interactive training
environment. Whether they present to large groups or a
single decision maker, in teams or by themselves, this
training will help participants be more successful managing
the sales conversations they typically face.
Taught by two instructors, this workshop uses video-recorded
exercises and private instructor-led video review. This
process helps participants identify and develop skills they
need to communicate clearly and persuasively in high-stakes
sales environments. Workshop participants learn how to:
- Organize and deliver information so that it’s appropriately persuasive and listener-focused (even when using a canned deck)
- Engage listeners in a comfortable, conversational process
- Listen (and hear)
- Remain nimble and address buyer concerns as they surface
- Manage nervousness
- Be clear and concise
- Use visual aids effectively whether seated or standing, projected or hardcopy
- Set appropriate next steps and move the sales conversation forward
Presentation Training for Sales Professionals
includes pre-work, 12-months access to eCoach as well as
reusable job aids and reference materials for applying
what’s learned in class to situations learners face outside
of it.
Tailoring:
This is a highly-tailored workshop built around each
client’s existing sales model. The tailoring process
usually includes multiple conversations with leadership and
observation of the sales process. This gives us a deep
understanding of your organization’s culture, sales model
and the real-world situations sales people face. From there,
we tailor the program to meet their needs.
Who should attend:
Sales people and teams taking this course should have some
presentation experience, but not everyone needs to be at the
same level. Often, a wide range of skills and experience
provides the richest learning experience. Comfort with
PowerPoint or other presentation software is a plus.
