“I wasn’t looking forward to this session and thought it would only be of marginal use. However, I was very wrong. I learned a lot about myself and my style. The feedback was right on. The format was very free and open. Well worth the time.”
TJ Peterson, Kellogg Snacks

Our training is designed to maximize the amount of time workshop participants spend experimenting with new skills at the front of the room. Our approach helps people learn through practice, feedback, experimentation, coaching and reinforcement.

Real-life Content

We don’t avoid the complexities of real-life content. During our workshops, participants practice an upcoming presentation, meeting or training session, giving them the best opportunity to assess their skills and receive useful feedback.

Safe environment in which to practice and receive feedback

Our trainers understand the pressures presenters face during a workshop. So we’re very good at creating a safe, positive environment. An environment in which participants can feel comfortable as the explore new techniques and receive feedback from their peer and instructors.

Private video coaching helps participants find their focus

Our workshops provide private video coaching. Our two-instructor workshops give participants the opportunity to work with one trainer for group exercises. Then, when that exercise is over, they leave the group to review their videos with the second trainer. Through personal coaching, they gain the personal objectivity they need to focus on the skills and techniques that work uniquely for them.

We always design our classes so that the final exercise recreates as much as possible the actual presentation or meeting that each participant is working on. As a result, our workshops are often the best type of “dress rehearsal” participants have available to them.
