Pre-workshop
Workshop participants are introduced to eCoach during the pre-work process. Through eCoach they complete their pre-training assessment and pre-work.
Post-workshop Skill Reinforcement
After training, they have access to:
- In-class videos with integrated instructor feedback preserve and reinforce the video coaching process.
- Class recap letter to remind them of the work they did in class and the feedback they received.
- Seven follow-up videos featuring Turpin instructors. Each video is designed to take learning to the next level. Topics include:
- Preparing a Presentation
- Working with Your Default
- Improving Your Visual Aids
- Managing Nervousness
- Engaging Listeners
- Helping Listeners Listen
- Managing Interactions
- Digital copies of all class materials for use after the class.
- Access to their trainers via the Ask a Turpin Expert feature. Answers are posted on the Trainers’ Notebook Blog or privately, whichever is more appropriate.
- Share a Success Story Bulletin Board where learners can share their successes with other eCoach members within the client’s organization.
