At the heart of our approach to blended learning is eCoach, our online learner’s portal. Here’s how it works.
Skills are Introduced – Before the workshop:
About three weeks before their workshop, participants set up their personal, secure eCoach account.
They complete an online needs assessment. The assessment helps us understand their needs and goals. It also gets them thinking about their upcoming training.
Participants also complete an online course that (1) introduces them to the basics of effective organization and (2) helps them prepare the presentation, meeting or training session they will be practicing in class.
When pre-work is complete, participants upload it to Turpin so their instructors can review and prepare feedback that will be delivered in the live workshop.
Meeting your goals requires a close partnership, a collaboration built on mutual trust, frequent communication and deep insight. Because of this, we use a workshop-based pricing model. What this means is that we charge clients for a particular training session—and not by the hour, by the participant or some combination. This means that we’re able to do what needs to be done to prepare for and follow up on the training we deliver without putting our clients in the position of worrying about additional fees or unexpected costs.
