Turpin Communication was founded in 1992 by Dale Ludwig. From the beginning, our goal has been to provide the best presentation and facilitation skills training available anywhere. To do that, we've responded to the changing business needs of our clients and tailored our workshops to meet those needs.

Simplicity and focus are good.
One-size-fits-all is not.

If all people were the same and there were a one-size-fits-all model for success, our job would be simple. But we don’t live in that world. The world we live in is one in which

  • Everyone has a unique personality.
  • Everyone has individual goals and needs.
  • Everyone has a different level of presentation anxiety and a different reaction to it.
  • Everyone comes into a workshop with a different level of experience, a different set of assumptions, and his or her own habits.

As a result, our methodology and guiding principles have evolved. Each development has made our training more practical, relevant, and personal. At the core of our work is the belief that business presentations and facilitated meetings and training sessions are essentially Orderly Conversations.
